Adelaide, Australia– October 1, 2026 – Osmoflo completed its acquisition of Guidera O’Connor on 1 October 2026, following the transaction announced in July 2026.

Guidera O’Connor is now a wholly owned subsidiary of Osmoflo and will continue to operate under its existing name and with its existing team while the businesses work through integration carefully over time.

The acquisition brings together complementary capabilities across water and wastewater. Osmoflo contributes specialist membrane water treatment, desalination, technology, and operations and maintenance expertise. GO contributes municipal water and wastewater expertise, engineering, design and construct, and project delivery capability.

Together, the businesses are better positioned to support customers across more of the water lifecycle, from planning and engineering through project delivery, commissioning, operations, maintenance, optimisation and asset renewal.

“The completion of the acquisition marks an important milestone for both businesses. Osmoflo and Guidera O’Connor bring highly complementary capabilities, and together we have a stronger platform to support customers across a broader range of water and wastewater needs. Our focus now is on bringing the strengths of both organisations together in a considered way while maintaining the relationships, expertise and service our customers value,” said Carmine Ciccocioppo, CEO and Managing Director of Osmoflo.

“Becoming a wholly owned subsidiary of Osmoflo gives GO access to broader capability and greater long-term strength while allowing us to continue building on the engineering expertise, customer relationships and delivery approach that have made GO successful. For our customers and partners, continuity remains apriority as we move into this next phase,” said Richard Trapp, CEO of Guidera O’Connor.

For the foreseeable future, there will be no change to the way either business works with its customers. Existing projects, contracts, teams and key contacts will continue as they do today.

Backed by Kanadevia Group, the combined capability provides a stronger platform for investment, innovation and growth, supporting the delivery of sustainable, value-based water solutions for customers and communities across Australia.
