Osmoflo recently secured an Operations and Maintenance contract for water treatment plant maintenance services at a customer’s site in remote South Australia.
This contract is quite unique and significant for Osmoflo as we will be providing services for 4 water treatment plants, 3 of which were built and supplied by competitor companies.
This contract is valid for a 3-year period, with annual reviews of the customer’s requirements and includes O&M services, Control Centre remote monitoring and supply of spares and consumables to all plants. As a part of this water treatment service, Osmoflo will provide on-site attendance by 2 of our service technician’s every two months and 24/7 remote monitoring to all 3 WTP’s, to meet the plant water requirements.
This contract is the result of Osmoflo’s speed and willingness to assist when the client desperately needed our help and continuously building a strong, consistent and mutually beneficial relationship with the customer.
This contract award is another great example of persistence and hard work by Osmoflo personnel in meeting the customer’s needs and ultimately gaining their confidence in our abilities. Our flexibility, responsiveness and technical solution was the key as we continue to optimise the client’s assets.
