2001
Founded in Adelaide
Guidera O’Connor was established in Adelaide by founding Director Tony Guidera and partners, commencing its first project, the Perry Drive Pump Station, within one week.
2002
First major project
The Heathfield WWTP Upgrade was the first major project delivered, with Iain Wood joining the business as Project Manager, shareholder, and Director.
2005
WA expansion
First project delivered in WA, with office established and continuous delivery of complex water infrastructure across the state in all the years since.
2011
Framework delivery
Won and delivered SA Water’s first ever framework, going on to secure and deliver subsequent frameworks for SA Water and other customers to this current day.
2021
Exponential growth
Exceptional growth, scaling operations, expanding across mainland Australia, and strengthening Guidera’s position as a trusted partner to water utilities across the country.
2026
Acquired by Osmoflo
